500 contracts—Sara Gregory has mastered the balance of big business and Black womanhood.
She’s the powerhouse behind Diversity Connected, a firm that delivers high-impact logistics,
project management, and strategic consulting for government and private clients. She’s also
been quietly mentoring women for decades, sharing the kind of grounded, no-fluff guidance that
has earned her the title **Auntie** from women across industries.
Her journey includes managing multi-million-dollar supply chains for Walmart, executing national brand activations, and founding multiple businesses of her own—all while mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Now, she’s answering the call to serve more women—especially those navigating the
